Products for repair can be sent both via the specialist dealer and directly to us. Please enclose the completed and signed service form form with the shipment and remove the motor pinion if necessary.
If you send us products from a third country (non-EU/EFTA), it is imperative that you enclose an invoice/proforma invoice with the consignment. Otherwise, the consignment cannot be processed by customs and will be returned to you.
Before we carry out the repair, you will receive a quotation from us for the costs incurred.
