To harness the power of the SPIDER-X motors, KONTRONIK has developed UAV-ECUs. They have been designed for the rigors of excellent multirotor flight in all environments. The KONTROL-X and KOLIBRI-X ESCs offers many features that will benefit the multirotor operator including a communication port and an active freewheeling circuit.
The communication port offers the ability to transfer various data such as RPM, motor current or PWM%.
Inherent to all our ESCs, the UAV-ESC allows to remain efficient and perform at optimal levels even when it is functioning at partial loads. Partial load operation in the ECU procedures no additional heater loss, and allows for longer flight time.
As the control board normally powers the BEC of the multirotor, the UAV-ECUs have no BEC included.
